wow, thanx! I can't believe that I forgot to mention the green beans, and I'm even more surprised that no one noticed till now…

The green beans should be marinated and stir-fried together with the tofu.

This post taught me about pressing tofu which is great….I never really do that as I usually just dry them with my paper towel before cooking…Thanks for this post, now I know better.
